COVID Precautions

  1. We would like you to relax during your visit and immerse yourself into the Spa Experience. For this reason, we have taken extra measures to safeguard our guests prior to arrival. We kindly ask the following: For the safety of our guests and employees, if you or a member of your household has developed cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat, headaches within the last 7 days, please contact us prior to arrival so we can obtain further information. As a gentle reminder, if you or any member of your household has recovered from any of these symptoms within the last 14 days we recommend you call the spa prior to arrival. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we look forward to welcoming you.
  2. We are utilizing hospital grade disinfectant to clean all our surfaces before and after each client. A deep cleanse and sanitize is conducted at the end of the work day. 
  3. You will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival, masks are optional for clients and staff


General Policies

 

Age Requirements

Some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.

 

 

Payments, Rescheduling and Cancellations

Should you need to reschedule, alter, or move your appointment please contact us via email or phone. 

 

·      Cancellations must be within 24-hours. 

·      Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments

·      We require a major credit or debit card to secure and confirm appointments 

·      You will receive text and email confirmations 

·      You do not need to do anything, as your appointment is confirmed unless we hear back from you

 

 

Treatment Times and Health Concerns

Please arrive early enough so that you can check in, and be in the designated waiting area at the time your appointment is scheduled to begin. You may arrive as early as 30 minutes prior to your service to enjoy our dry sauna and other spa lounge amenities. 


Please let us know if you are pregnant, have allergies to shellfish or nuts, or are on any medication that affects the skin, or have had a deep chemical peel, laser treatment, or excessive exposure to the sun. This could be pertinent to your treatment depending on the treatment you are booking.
